Grinding Facility:
Max. diameter 1600 mm x 6500 mm length, Morgan taper grinding also done
with accuracy upto 0.02mm radial runout and within 0.05mm taper in 1000
mm.

Quality Control and Assurance Plans

manufacturing facilities for the steel plants, cement plants,

abide by the quality plans developed within the organization. As per
this plan, we adhere to various standard processes / controls as
follows:
- Raw Material Inspection
- Dimensional inspection, physical inspection, chemical analysis, product analysis
- Repairing / Reconditioning
- Carried out as per relevant IS / ASTM standards
- Heat Treatment
- Carried out
as per the required application and design. The processes of stress
relieving, normalizing, hardening and tempering are carried out with
appropriate process standards as per ASTM.
- NDT Examination
- Ultrasonic
testing, magnetic particle testing, DP testing carried out as per the
application of job / equipment, meeting the IS / ASTM standards.
- Final Inspection
- Final inspection with calibrated instruments, conformity with dimensional tolerances in restricted drawings / requirements.
